BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT

SETTINGS
Adjust the weight bench to the appropriate height and inclination to perform the desired exercise properly.

PREHEATING

Warming up should always be the first step in preparing to begin an exercise program. In this way, the body will slowly
adapt and reduce the possibility of injury. Thanks to these moderate movements, the circulation will be activated and
the muscles and joints will be prepared for higher intensity activity.
When you finish your physical activity, repeat these exercises to avoid muscle soreness. We suggest the following
warm-up and relaxation exercises:
STRETCH YOUR HAMSTRINGS
Sit with your right leg extended. Place the sole of your other foot on the inside of your right
leg. Come as close as you can to the tip of your foot. Count to 15. Take a moment to stretch
and repeat with your left leg extended.

STRETCH YOUR CORE MUSCLES
Sit down and bring the soles of your feet together, pointing your knees in opposite
directions. Bring your feet as close as you can to your groin and slowly press your knees
toward the floor. Count to 15.
ROTATE YOUR NECK
Rotate your head to the right, feeling the left side stretch. Then, pull your head back,
pointing your chin toward the ceiling while leaving your mouth open. Rotate your head to
the left and finally point your chin towards your chest.
