7 Installing the new AC power controller assembly
3. On the rear side of the new AC power controller
assembly, check whether the contact areas for the
power module are contaminated. If the contact
areas are contaminated, clean them with
isopropanol and an ESD-friendly, lint-free cloth.
4. Guide the new AC power controller assembly into
the inverter enclosure using the four spacers.
5. Ensure that the screw hole for the module screw in
the AC power controller assembly is located directly
above the power module's screw hole in the inverter
enclosure. Also ensure that there are no cables
below the AC power controller assembly and that
no cables get stuck here.
6. Insert the six screws with a microencapsulated coating and tighten them with a Torx
screwdriver (TX20) (torque: 3 Nm).
7. Remove the module screw from the power module.
