8. Place the cover of the power module in position,
insert the module screw into the screw hole and
tighten the screw (TX20, torque: 2.4 Nm). Ensure
the alignment is correct.
9. Connect the ribbon cable to the CON assembly and the AC power controller assembly.

Damage to the assembly due to mechanical strain
If the assembly is excessively bent, solder contacts, components and conducting paths may
snap.
• Place the OCS assembly onto the spacers and carefully press it down in the middle
until the spacers snap into place.
• If present, reconnect the data cables to the OCS assembly in accordance with the
assignment noted during removal. To do so, insert the conductors into the screw
terminals and retighten the screw terminal with a flat-blade screwdriver (blade width: 2
mm).
11. Connect the ribbon cable to the OCS assembly.
