7 Installing the new AC power controller assembly
• Connect the DC link connection cable (A) to the CON assembly. To do so, insert the
conductors into the screw terminals and retighten the screw terminals (torque: 1.5 Nm).
Ensure the color assignment is correct (BK = black, RD = red).
• Connect the fan cable (B) to the new AC power controller assembly. Ensure that the
connectors snap into place correctly.
• Connect the cables coming from the transformer (C) (torque for the screw terminals: 1.5
Nm). Ensure the color assignment is correct (GN = green, RD = red).
13. Check the tension of every cable.
14. Carry out the necessary tests according to the locally applicable laws, standards and
directives for the correct recommissioning after power assembly replacement. Take the
requirements for component replacements into account (see Section 2.2 "IMPORTANT
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS", page 8).
15. Ensure that the grounding conductor in the inverter is correctly connected and functions
properly.
16. After replacing the defective component, ensure operational and system safety in accordance
with the locally applicable electrotechnical rules.
17. Recommission the inverter (see inverter manual).
18. If the inverter is in permanent operation inhibition, which is indicated by the glowing yellow
LED, reset the permanent operation inhibition using a communication device. This allows the
inverter to feed into the utility grid again.
19. To check the correct functioning of the SELV circuits, perform a fan test (see inverter manual).
20. Perform the VAC test (see Section 8, page 21).
