Insert the Light Fixture Assembly Chain through the
Center Hole of the Glass Shade (Figure 16) .
Insert the Fan Speed Chain through the Offset Hole of
the Glass Shade (Figure 16) .
Gently position the Glass Shade onto the Light Fixture
Assembly (Figure 16) .
NOTE: It is critical that the fan chain(s) are aligned
with hole(s) in the shade and bowl cap for smooth
operation of the fan switch(es).
5.2
Secure the Glass Shade by installing the Rubber
Washer and Thin Hex Nut finger tight on the Light
Fixture Assembly Threaded Shaft (Figure 17) .
NOTE: It is advisable to periodically check the
tightness of the thin hex nut.
