4.5– PREPARING THE A.W.C.
INVERTER GENERATOR
The inverter generator TIG µP 353H DC is already provided
with the coupling for connection to the A.W.C. group .
(ref.A).
N.B.) For the A.W.C. group to start, you must switch on
both the inverter generator and the A.W.C. group.
4.6- PREPARING THE REMOTE/PEDAL CONTROL
The remote / pedal control allows regulation of the welding current without acting
directly on the generator.
The inverter generator TIG µP 353H DC is provided with a special coupling (ref.13
pag.9), which allows the connection of the remote control or of the pedal control
(CAD). When the REM ON selection button (ref.6 page 9) is pressed quickly,
remote control mode is switched on; the REM ON led (ref.6A page 9) lights up.
The welding current varies from a minimum (4A) to a maximum which may be set
on the machine with the regulating encoder (ref.5 page 9).
It is also possible to choose the starting current by pressing the selection button
REM ON (ref.6 page 9): the starting current will blink on the right-hand display A
(ref.20 page 9) and may be regulated by means of the general encoder (ref.5 page
9).
To turn off the remote control function, hold down the REM ON button (ref.6 page
9) for more than 2 seconds.
