7 Installing the CON Assembly

• Unlock and remove the ribbon cable.
• Press all 4 feet of the display gently together
and remove the display.
7 Installing the CON Assembly
There are sections on this assembly with a safety extra-low voltage circuit (SELV circuit). To ensure
the safety of the circuits, an optical inspection must be carried out before installation.

Procedure:
1. Check the SELV circuit for visible dirt before mounting the assembly. If dust or other deposits
cover the assembly, it must not be used. Contact the Service.
2. Lead the cable harness through the drill hole in the CON assembly.
