3. Ensure that both PCB centering pins are inside the
enclosure. Otherwise, the PCB centering pins must
be removed from the old assembly and placed into
the enclosure.
4. Align the CON assembly and insert it into the inverter. When doing so, lead the PCB centering
pins of the inverter enclosure through the corresponding holes in the CON assembly.
5. Tighten all connecting screws (3.5 Nm). Use the
screws supplied and follow the sequence shown.
Screw 13 can be mounted if no additional modules
are required.
6. Insert the cable brackets and the corresponding
black cables into the CON assembly.
7. Plug all cables into the connectors on the CON assembly. No additional tools are required for
this.
8. Make sure that all cables are securely in place by pulling on each cable.
9. Plug in all plugs on the CON assembly.
10. Reinsert the display module. Ensure that the 4 feet of the display module snap audibly into the
openings.
11. Plug the ribbon cable into the jack on the display module. Ensure that the lock hooks are
closing.
12. Reinstall optional add-on modules.
13. If present, mount the protective cover in front of the multifunction relay.
14. Insert the wires for L1, L2, L3, N and grounding conductor into the AC terminals and close the
terminals.
15. Recommission the inverter (see Section 8, page 18). The AC power controller assembly
might be updated automatically when the inverter is recommissioned.
