Note that the lamination ring and the 7 in1 Controller must not be covered with the carbon fibre
cloth for reasons of electrical safety (Fig. 11).
11. Tie the Perlon Stockinette off in the lowermost groove of the lamination ring with a string
(Fig. 12). Pull Perlon Stockinette down without wrinkles and tie off proximally (Fig. 13).
12. Cut second layer of Perlon Stockinette 623T3=* to twice the length of the socket positive and
pull it over the socket positive. Tie Perlon Stockinette off in the uppermost groove of the lami-
nation ring using a string. Pull Perlon Stockinette down without wrinkles and tie off proximally.
13. Pull PVA Bag 99B81 down over the positive model without wrinkles and tie off proximally. Ap-
ply vacuum. Laminate the outer socket using known methods and allow it to harden.
14. Remove lamination cover (Fig. 14) and finish socket as usual (Fig. 15).
9 Connect 7in1 Controller (Fig. 16 to Fig. 20)
To end up with a functional 7in1 Controller, the following sequence must be observed:
1. Turn the power supply off by pressing the MyoEnergy Integral 757B25=1 or 757B35=* charg-
ing receptacle (Fig. 21, arrow).
2. Lubricate the contact bushings of the cables and the connector plugs of the 7in1 Controller
with Silicone Grease 633F11.
3. Plug MyoEnergy Integral 757B25=1 or 757B35=* (2-pole and 3-pole connector), electrode
(at least 1 on input 1) and the 3-pole connector of the contact plate into the 7in1 Controller
all the way (Fig. 16).
4. Fix the contact plate to the lamination ring. To do so, lay the contact plate on the installation
tool – the integrated magnet holds the contact plate in place (Fig. 17). Insert the installation
tool in the socket from the proximal direction (Fig. 18) and allow the contact plate to engage
in the lamination ring O-ring.

For demonstration purposes, the socket has been cut open.
5. If the contact plate must be pressed out, then this is also done using the installation tool (Fig. 19).
6. When using the VASI Hand, plug the Adapter Cable 757VAK2 into the 7in1 Controller and
connect to the VASI Hand.
7. Lay the 7 in1 Controller into the laminated trough of the outer socket (Fig. 20) or fix it in the
outer socket using a hook-and-loop closure strap.
8. Connect the terminal device and turn the system on again by pressing the charging recep-
tacle (Fig. 21, arrow).
INFORMATION
If the components were connected while the MyoEnergy Integral was turned on, then a system
reset (switching the MyoEnergy Integral off and on) must be performed.
