COOLING UNIT.

Overview.
The Cooling Unit was designed to cool the
torches used for welding.
It must be used exclusively with the Power
Sources described in this manual.

Cooling Unit description (fig. 4).
R Quick-fitting valves. Do not use in Robot
applications. Do not short-circuit them.
Connect the cooling circuit hoses to the valves
Z.
S Slot. Slot to inspect the coolant fluid level.
T Cap. Cooling liquid tank cap.
U Power cord. Connect to the Power Source P
socket.
V Cooling Unit power switch.
X Fuse holder. Fuse inserted on Cooling Unit
power supply.
Y Pressure switch cable. Connect to the Power
Source Q socket.
Z Quick-fitting valves. Connect the torch hoses
marked with the adhesive red and blue bands.
Match the hose and valve colours correctly.
