The following table shows "Error Codes" that may be indicated on the Control Panel, in case of Welding
System malfunction.
For a detailed troubleshooting description please refer to the Power Source Service Manual.

Check CANbus connection between control board, motor
control board and Control Panel. Make sure compatibility
of the program releases inserted into the boards. Replace
control and/or Control Panel and/or motor control boards.
Check CANbus connection between control board and
Robot. Make sure compatibility of the program releases
inserted into the boards.
Replace control and/or Can-Robot boards.
Check CANbus connection between Control Panel and
control board. Make sure compatibility of the program
releases inserted into the boards.
Replace control and/or power boards. Replace power
transformer and/or diode group and/or output inductor
and/or current transducer.
Check wiring between power and control boards. Replace
power and/or control boards.
Check wiring between power supply and control boards.
Replace power supply and/or control boards.
Check wiring between power and control boards. Replace
power and/or control boards.
Check the wiring between control board and hardware
key. Replace control board and/or hardware key.
Check wiring between control, filter boards and maximum
current sensor. To clean the Power Source inner organs,
verifying the presence of eventual devices damaged or
with signs of burns.
Replace control and/or power boards. Replace power
transformer and/or secondary diode group.
Check the B1 battery status on control board; if necessary
replace it and reset date and hour from the power source
menu page. Replace control board.
Replace control board.
Perform trimmer adjusting procedure on control board,
following Power Source Service Manual instructions.
Replace control board.
Check the wiring between services transformer, power
supply and control boards. Replace services transformer
and/or power supply and/or control boards.
