Cleaning
1. Take the dough container out of the cooking chamber and pull the dough hook off
the shaft.
If the dough hook is sticking to the shaft, add some water into the
container and wait for an hour. If the dough hook is still stuck, you can use
the dough hook removal tool to remove it. Try to get it under the dough
hook and then pull the dough hook upwards. Be careful not to accidentally
damage the coating of the dough container.
2. The dough container and the dough hook can be cleaned in the dishwasher or in
soapy water. All other accessories must not be cleaned in the dishwasher and need
to be cleaned by hand with soapy water.
3. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the outside of the housing clean.
4. Do not operate the appliance again until all parts are dry.
The dough container may become discoloured over time due to cleaning
in the dishwasher. This is normal and does not affect its function or the
flavour of the food.
