• Never connect or disconnect devices with the equipment in operation;
• Do not place any high temperature object on the safety cover or any part of
the machine. Risk of deformation;
• Never obstruct the inlet of the heat radiator. Obstruction cause problems on
the machine temperature control, may cause measurement errors;
• Do not connect dirty pressure pipes or injectors with excess dirt in the
equipment. Dirt can compromise the hydraulic system;
• During machine operation, close the safety cover. The test fluid can splash
and hit the eyes and the body and cause burns in the event of being hot;
Use a megometer to measure the electrical insulation between the terminals
•
and the injector housing before testing them on the equipment. Piezoelectric
injectors must have an electrical insulation greater than 10 MOhm and Inductive
Injectors must be with an electrical insulation greater than 20
MOhm.
Calibration fluid discard
When the calibration fluid needs to be discarded, dispose of it for landfill for Class
II waste. The product may be burned in a closed and controlled incinerator for
valuable fuels or may be incinerated under supervision at temperatures
sufficiently high to prevent the formation of undesirable products.
Do not dispose waste in public sewage or industrial waste.
Contact local government agencies. Obtain instruction and authorization to dump
waste into appropriate areas.
