Tank fluid and filter
The fluid tank and the fluid filter, has a service life of approximately 100 hours of
use.
When the system detects that the hours of use have been exhausted, an
exchange of these elements is required.
For this, check the item "Filter and test fluid maintenance".
Replacement of small part of fluid
During the tests, some of the fluid gets lost. Some parts get lost inside the tested
components, some gets splashed or for any other reason.
Fluid must be added to tank whenever Low Fluid Level message appears.
Always use calibration fluid recommended by Tecnomotor:
• Ipiranga ULTRASENE 4113
• CASTROL 4113
• Shell S.9365 ISO 4113
• Tirreno TIRROIL-519A ISO4113
• Kelpen Oil - Keen Fluid FC4113 - ISO4113
• Bardhal - Maxlub Injector Oil
• Luchetti - DEITON BEAK 4113
Filter and test fluid maintenance
Changing the fluid
For fluid maintenance, place a container on the tank drain valve (item 5 in Side
View image 1) and open the valve. Wait to finish.
Remove any visible particles from inside the tank and if necessary wash it with
kerosene or ISO4113 fluid. Do not use water or ethanol.
Changing the filter
To change the filter, remove the filter (item 7 in the Side View image 1) by
unscrewing it and replace it with a new one, following the indication of the item
"Technical Information - Fluid Filter".
