(6)As shown in the figure,rotate the resistance knob clockwise, the resistance of the
exercise bike will increase (when the resistance is adjusted to the maximum, if you
continue to rotate, it will produce harsh friction sound which is a normal phenomenon),
and vice versa. In an emergency, please press the resistance knob firmly with your hand,
and the exercise bike will stop quickly to prevent injury.
