A1.5 PuliMATIC operation
PuliMATIC filters the water from the outside to the inside of the filter cartridge.
PuliMATIC is a self-cleaning filter equipped with electronic management that starts the filter
cartridge washing and the discharge of impurities from the vessel completely automatically.
Thanks to its patented brushing and drainage system, the equipment guarantees an effective
cleaning of the filtering cartridge. The washing cycle involves the complete brushing of the
cartridge.
The automatic opening of the drain valve (located on the bottom of the vessel) creates a high-
speed tangential flow that removes impurities accumulated in the filter vessel.
PuliMATIC is equipped with two voltage-free contacts, which are activated according to an
advance preset by the program with respect to the washing cycle start. This signal advanced with
respect to the washing cycle can be used for managing auxiliary equipment (e.g. solenoid valves,
pumps, pressure differential switch, alarms, etc.). In the event of a power failure, the filter retains
the last programmed setting when it is switched on again.
The consumption of water for a wash is of about 14 liters (referred to a 6 bar pressure).
