6. Press the throttle lever to start blowing / vacuuming.

7. If the engine did not start despite attempts to start it in "cold" mode and

"warm" mode, follow the instructions in section 3.3.2.

3.3.2. Starting a flooded engine

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position

2. Remove the spark plug boot, then unscrew the spark plug with a special

wrench. Keep turning counterclockwise.

3. If the spark plug is dirty or is soaked with fuel, clean or replace it as

required.

4. Remove excess fuel from the combustion chamber by pulling the starter

cord several times.

5. Install the spark plug and tighten it with a spark plug wrench until you

feel a slight resistance. Reconnect the cord.

CAUTION! Incorrect installation of the spark plug may damage the engine!

6. Start the engine in line with items 2-5 (3.3.1)

3.3.3. Shutting down

1. Release the throttle lever and let the engine idle for 2-3 minutes to

cool down the system.

2. Turn the device off by setting ignition switch to position "0".
