3426 -75- "Water Unit low pressure" on display (A) Insufficient pressure in the cooling circuit
The pressure of the coolant in the cooling circuit is measured by pressure switch (23).
See PRESSURE SWITCH TEST (23), section 3.3.13.
3427 -76- "Water Unit not present" on display (A) Cooling unit not connected
The "cooling unit connected" signal is provided by a jumper between terminals 1 - 2 of floating lead connector (9) on
the cooling unit.
See COOLING UNIT CONNECTED TEST, section 3.3.13.
3428 -80- "Door opened" on display (A) Wire feed unit casing open
This alarm indicates that the wire feed assembly protective cover is open.
− Check the wiring between J10 of panel board (47) and switch (7) on the wire feeder casing;
− check voltage on J10 of panel board (47), terminals 1(+) - 2(-) = 0 VDC = casing closed, correct condition; +9 VDC,
approx. = casing open, alarm (see connectors map, section. 5.4);
− check switch (7) and the unit casing are correctly assembled. If poorly positioned, correct the positioning. Replace
if defective.
3429 -85- "USB" on display (A) Error during firmware updating
Error during update sequence from USB (e.g.: drive removed too quickly, machine off, error in communication with
EN
USB, etc.).
Replace control board (47).
3430 -97- "CLI NC" on display (A) Voltage measurement cable not connected
Active only with program SRS selected.
Check the integrity of the fuse fitted in fuse holder (10).
Check the presence of the connection with clamp in connector (5). Also check that the clamp is connected to the
bench or the part to be welded.
Check the wiring between connector J4 on SRS control board (15) and connector J8 on INV control board on power
board (56) is intact.
Replace SRS control board (15) and/or power board (56) and/or fuse holder (18).
3431 -98- "ITO" on display (A) Arc not on within the pre-established time
The "ITO" is active in MIG processes and can be enabled and regulated from the control panel (see Instruction
Manual).
This alarm indicates that the wire has emerged from the torch for more than the set length without current passing
through it.
To analyse the situation, it is advisable to check whether the alarm was caused by malfunctioning of the wire movement
circuit or the welding current generation circuit and perform the tests in section 3.3.7 and section 3.3.8.
3432
-99- "POWER OFF" on display (A) Incorrect mains voltage value (machine off)
This message may arise in the event of a short mains power cut, during which the control circuits remain powered for
a few instants and detect the incorrect mains voltage.
In particular, power board (56) records the lack of mains voltage and notifies panel board (47) ("MAINS" signal), which
stops the power source and turns on the "POWER OFF" message on display (A).
The "MAINS" signal can be checked at:
− R56(+) terminal (near J10), same side as J10 and terminal J5-B(-), on power board (56);
Possible values:
− <+0.1 VDC = mains OK;
− +0.8 VDC approx, phase missing, error 61;
− +5 VDC
= mains not OK, error 99.
Perform the tests in section 3.3.1 and, if necessary, replace power board (56) and/or panel board (47).
