ERROR STATUS
CONNECTION LOST WITH CURVEx3 (Flashing Yellow): The charger has lost
communication with the CURVEx3 and is trying to recover it
REQUIRED ACTION:
Verify that the two CURVEx3 elements (Meter and Gateway) have power.
Check that the wiring between the CURVEx3 and the charger has not
suffered any damage and is correctly connected at both ends.
If the charger is connected to the internet via a local network, check that the
router and other elements (switch, etc.) in said network have power and are
working correctly.
If the charger is still in this state after performing these checks, go to the
charger CONFIGURATION screen and select the NO option in the Dynamic
Power Control section in order to continue using the unit without this
function. And contact the User Support Service to receive specific help for
this problem.
TEMPORARY ERROR (Flashing Red): The charger has detected an abnormal
situation in the vehicle charging process, and has stopped charging for safety
reasons.
REQUIRED ACTION:
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger. This will make the error disappear,
and the charger will return to the AVAILABLE status.
PERMANENT ERROR (Red): The charger has detected an internal fault and has
stopped charging process for safety reasons.
REQUIRED ACTION:
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger and restart it.
If the charger it is still in this status after restarting it, contact the User
Support Service to receive specific help for this problem.
