: Turn the guard in the direction of the
arrow until the adjusting lever points
downwards.

To relax the V-belt,
: Unscrew the hexagon bolts (4) and
: turn the tensioning nut (5)
counterclockwise with the
combination wrench –
approx. 1/4 turn, until it reaches "0".
: Remove the hexagon bolts.

: Pull the V-belt guard (6) off to the
front and remove the V-belt from the
front belt pulley.
: Remove the bearing (7) with guard.

: Fit the bearing (7) with guard on the
outboard side of the cast arm,
guiding the V-belt over the belt
pulley at the same time.
: Refit the V-belt guard.
: Line the threaded holes in the
bearing up with the oblong holes in
the cast arm and with the holes in
the V-belt guard.
: Screw in the hexagon bolts, but do
not tighten them yet.
: Refit the water attachment parts to
the guard.
