Once the squeegee unit has been assembled, in order to check its current operation and
to avoid damage to the surface, test the machine with a small portion of surface.
It is not necessary to adjust the limit switches, ITEM 31 FIG. 4, to determine the
inclination of the rear rubber blade of the floor squeegee. Simply replace them
periodically (see maintenance program).
CHAPTER 11 - USING THE MACHINE
BE SURE TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE OPERATOR CONTROLS AND THEIR
OPERATION.
WHEN MOVING THE MACHINE ON RAMPS OR INCLINED SURFACES, USE THE MACHINE
AT LOW SPEED, AVOID SUDDEN STOPS AND/OR ABRUPT STEERING.
WHEN WASHING UNEVEN SURFACES, ONLY PERFORM CLEANING OPERATIONS DURING
ASCENT, NOT IN DESCENT.
FOR WATER COLLECTION AND FLOOR DRYING, ALWAYS USE BOTH THE BRUSH UNIT
(ITEM AND FIG. 2) AND THE SQUEEGEE UNIT (ITEM F FIG. 2) WITH THE WATER
DOSAGE (ITEM B FIG. 2) AT THE MINIMUM
DO NOT COLLECT WATER BY SIMPLY ENABLING THE SQUEEGEE SUCTION (ITEM F FIG
2)
CHAPTER 12 - CLEANING OPERATIONS
Sit in the driving seat of the machine and adjust the position of the seat by moving the front knob, ITEM 17 FIG .

THE SEAT IS EQUIPPED WITH A SAFETY MICRO. AN INCORRECT DRIVING POSITION
COULD CAUSE THE MICRO TO INTERVENE AND STOP THE MACHINE.
Turn the ignition switch, ITEM H FIG. 2, into the "ON" position; the light, ITEM G FIG. 2, battery charge status
indicator will come on: check the battery charge status before continuing .
To move the machine to the work area, move the direction selector, ITEM I FIG . 2, forward and apply slight
pressure to the drive pedal (ITEM 14 FIG. 3) located on the right side of the machine.
To reverse, move the direction selector, ITEM I FIG . 2, into the BACK direction .
To start the cleaning operation:

Operate the central brush switch
•
Operate the squeegee switch
•
Adjust the water and detergent percentage potentiometers to a minimum .
•
Be sure to have set the direction selector switch to the "FORWARD" position
•
Pressing the advancement pedal the machine will start the cleaning process .
