When the direction selector, ITEM I FIG. 2, is moved back, the squeegee is
automatically raised and the squeegee suction is disabled.
The brush pressure is set to the normal level and the pressure can be increased by means of the switch, ITEM
D FIG. 2, by moving the switch to the (+) position. To return it to the normal level
(-) position.
IT IS ADVISABLE TO USE THE BRUSH PRESSURE, SWITCH, ITEM D FIG. 2, IN POSITION
(+) ONLY TO CARRY OUT INTENSE WASHING TO REMOVE VERY DIRTY AREAS IN ORDER
TO UNNECESSARILY AVOID REDUCING THE AUTONOMY OF THE MACHINE AND THE
INTEGRITY OF THE BRUSH OF THE WASHING UNIT.
To wire clean walls soiled with dust or solid dirt, turn on the switch, ITEM L FIG . 2, of the side brush ITEM 12
FIG . 3, and bring it to the working position using the lever, ITEM 37 FIG . 4 .
It is advisable to use it only in the perimeter exteriors and to continue washing and
drying with the side brush raised.
Start the cleaning by advancing the machine in a straight direction and overlap each pass by approximately 5 -
10 cm. If necessary, adjust the speed of the machine according to the floor conditions.
TO AVOID DAMAGING THE SURFACE TO BE TREATED, KEEP THE MACHINE IN MOTION
WHEN THE BRUSHES ARE IN OPERATION. AVOID COLLECTING FILAMENTARY
MATERIALS (ROPES, STRAPS AND FILMS FOR PACKAGING, PLASTIC OR METAL WIRES,
LONG RAGS, STICKS, CURRENT WIRES, ETC.) LONGER THAN APPROXIMATELY 20 CM
AS THEY COULD WRAP AROUND THE BRUSH AND DAMAGE IT, COMPROMISING THE
QUALITY OF CLEANING AND WASHING
During cleaning operations, periodically check the back of the machine to ensure that the waste water is
completely collected .
If the machine leaves traces of water, it means that the recovery tank is probably full,
signalled by the indicator, ITEM A FIG. 2, of the control panel or that the rubber blade of
the floor squeegee is worn or damaged.
If the floors are very dirty, single-pass cleaning may not be sufficient and a "double-pass" cleaning operation is
necessary .
To activate this procedure, turn the switch, ITEM E FIG. 2, into position ON2:
Bringing the switch, ITEM E FIG. 2, into the position "ON2", the manual adjustments
of the water flow (ITEM B FIG. 2), brush pressure (ITEM D FIG. 2) and percentage of
detergent dispensing (ITEM C FIG. 2) are disabled, as the relative adjustments are
brought to the maximum value.
Automatically the floor squeegee is raised, the flow of solution and detergent are
activated at maximum dispensing and the brush pressure increases.
Repeatedly pass through particularly dirty areas, leaving the washing solution on the floor.
In doing so, the washing solution has time to act on the dirt .
Return the switch, ITEM E FIG. 2, into the ON1 position and make sure that the squeegee on/off selector is in
the "ON"position, proceeding with the standard cleaning operations and, after a few minutes, return to the
previously treated area, thus removing the residual dirt .
