REPLACING THE FLOOR SQUEEGEE REAR BLADE
Remove the squeegee from its support .

Unscrew the handwheels completely (FIG.11 ITEM 1), remove the metal strips (FIG.11 ITEM 2) that seal the
rubber blade .
Remove the rubber blade (FIG.11 ITEM 3).
Place the metal strips on the front rubber blade (FIG.11 ITEM 3) and insert the retaining screws into the holes.
First on one side, then on the other, bring the front blade and the strips with the screws to the squeegee body
and centre the guide holes .
At this point add the rear blade, again centring the holes on the protruding screws .
Tighten the strips with the retaining knobs (FIG. 11 ITEM 1), starting from one end until reaching the other.
It is normal that to centre the retaining screws the rear strip must be extended . This is in order to tension it
correctly to avoid folds on the floor and then dry correctly.
REPLACING THE FLOOR SQUEEGEE BLADE TILT LIMIT SWITCH WHEELS
Remove the floor squeegee by unscrewing the fin knobs, ITEM 1 FIG. 10, remove the hose sleeve, ITEM 2 FIG.
10, and remove the floor wiper unit.
Unscrew the knobs, ITEM 4 FIG . 11, and replace the wheels by following the procedure in reverse .
CHAPTER 15 - CHECKING THE BATTERIES WATER LEVEL
Check the water level of the batteries at least once a week .
After charging the batteries, remove the vent caps and check the water level in each element of the batteries .
To fill the battery elements, use distilled or demineralised water contained in dedicated containers designed for
this operation (available at most auto parts stores). Each element must be filled up to the indicated level (10
mm above the top of the separators).
DO NOT overfill the batteries!
If the batteries are equipped with an automatic refill kit, connect the tank to the quick coupling.
Refer to the battery manufacturer's manual for further information .
