Recharge the batteries when the battery indicator, ITEM G FIG . 4, reaches 25% of the maximum level .
FOLLOW THE CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN
THE BATTERIES! Otherwise, the batteries will lose pressure and the plates will be
contaminated by oxygen. IF THE BATTERIES ARE OPENED, THE WARRANTY WILL BE
VOIDED.
Move the key switch, ITEM H FIG . 2, into the OFF position .
Open the battery compartment, ITEM 3 FIG . 3, to ensure adequate ventilation .
Disconnect the battery connector and connect it to the battery charger connector .
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BATTERY CHARGER MANUAL.
CHECK THAT THE BATTERY CHARGER IS SUITABLE FOR GEL CELL BATTERIES.
CHAPTER 14 - CHECKING, CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE FLOOR SQUEEGEE
BEFORE PROCEEDING, MOVE THE KEY SWITCH, ITEM H FIG. 2, INTO THE "OFF"
POSITION AND REMOVE THE KEY.
If the floor squeegee leaves thin streaks of water in its wake it means that the blades are probably dirty or
damaged .
Clean the inside of the squeegee rubbers with a damp cloth to remove any residual debris .
If the problem persists, remove the floor squeegee by unscrewing the fin knobs, ITEM 1 FIG. 10, and remove the
hose sleeve, ITEM 2 FIG. 10, remove the floor squeegee unit and clean thoroughly.
