The control unit go back to the first screen for a new fusion cycle:
13.2.3) Fusion by manual introduction of Voltage and Fusion Time
If the automatic reading system - scanner or optical pen - is defected, the control unit will switch to manual
mode. You can use a "fast" way for entering values:
•
Fitting operating voltage of the (Volts);
•
Time relative to fusion cycle.
We remind you that this method is applicable to the whole range of fittings and workable with almost all the
welding machines, but it is not recommended. Since does not allow the possibility to completely follow the
fusion instructions contained into the bar code and fusion results performed in this way cannot be guaranteed.
Through the use of the arrows < and > choose the option
and the fusion cycle time. Through the use of arrows < and > choose the type of value (Volts or Seconds) to
insert:
Use choice/option buttons + and - to increase or decrease the value. During insertion of the Time value, use the
arrow button > to move the cursor by the thousands, hundreds, tens and units of second. When values are
entered, press the OK button and the display shows:
