4. TECHNICAL DATA
4.1 Ambient temperature.
Maximum +40. If the ambient temperature exceeds +40 or if the engine is at 1000 metres above sea
level, the engine output (P2) must be reduced due to the low density and consequently low cooling of the
air (Figure 1). In such cases, it may be necessary to use an engine with a higher power output.

Example:
Figure 1 shows that P2 should be reduced to 88% when the pump is installed at 3500 metres above sea
level. At an ambient temperature of 70°C, P2 should be reduced to 78% of the output.
4.2. Liquid temperature.
See figure 5, page 4, which shows the relation between liquid temperature and maximum allowable
working pressure.
Note: The maximum allowable working pressure and liquid temperature ranges apply to the pump only.
