Calculated pressure in bar: 3.3 0.0981 = 0.324bar
Calculated pressure in kpa: 3,3 9,81 = 32,4 kpa
4.5. Maximum inlet pressure
Figure 2. Shows the maximum allowable inlet pressure. However, the actual inlet pressure when the
pump is running against a closed valve must always be lower than the maximum allowable operating
pressure. The pumps are pressure tested at 1.5 times the value shown in figure 2.
