9. Do not apply voltage above 200V across oscilloscope probes.
10. Resistance measurement and diode test input current in the
external circuit. Always ensure to carry out resistance test or
diode test with the part to be tested disconnected from other
power sources.
11. Oscilloscope/multimeter cables connection to the vehicle
requires suitable qualification, to avoid interfering with vehicle
electronics. The multimeter and the oscilloscope feature a safe
GALVANIC separation from the rest of the instrument, so that it is
possible to connect oscilloscope ground to another ground point
than the vehicle general ground used for the diagnostics serial
connection.
12. If the screen is black, maybe you accidentally pressed the
button enabling endoscope function. Touch again the touch
screen to go back to the previous page.
13. At the top of the instrument are 5 LEDs. From the left:
For the moment, the first LED is not used;
The second LED is blue and indicates that the built-in
bluetooth module is on and ready to receive/transmit data;
The third LED indicates battery charge:
o when red, the instrument is connected to an external
power and is recharging its batteries;
o when green, the instrument is connected to an external
power but its internal batteries are charged;
o when off, the instrument is not connected to any
external power and is powered by its own internal
batteries.
The fourth LED indicates state of communication with the
control units:
o Red or off: no active communication with vehicle
control units;
o Green: live communication with vehicle control unit;
