FAQ:
1. The new OK functions or the new Plant can not be used:
Make sure that the update password has not expired.
Contact your local Dealer to receive the password, then enter the
correct password from the Configuration menu.
2. Failed communication with the vehicle:
Ensure that the Diagnostics cable is correctly connected and
pushed fully home.
Ensure that the instrument panel is on.
Check Diagnostics connector fuse.
Ensure you correctly selected the Vehicle.
Through the instrument indications, check whether it is
necessary to connect the Battery power cable to the vehicle
(see point 8).
Check vehicle battery voltage.
FAQ:
3. The instrument does not turn on:
Connect an alternative power supply (200-230V mains power
supply, vehicle battery power cable). If instrument turns on,
instrument battery might be flat.
4. The OK Function result is not successful:
Ensure there are no errors in the ECU. If there are, fix the
problem and delete them.
Ensure the ECU is not in stand-by. In this case, although
parameters could be correctly displayed, the Activations or Setup
are not concluded successfully.
