3.4. Precautions, safety warnings and contraindications
The mask must be unplugged and not in use during any manipulation and/or
care/maintenance operations on the device.
The user must use the protective eye covers during the facial. The device is
to be used while lying down.
The mask must be cleaned and disinfected after each use and after each
new user.
The mask is not waterproof. Any contact with water is strictly prohibited.
Users are informed of the following risks:
In order to limit the risk of interference, portable RF (radio frequency)
communication devices, including peripherals such as antenna cables and
external antennae, must not be used closer than 30 cm from any part of
the myLEDmask, including the cables specified by myBlend. Otherwise, the
performance of the myLEDmask could be altered.
The light produced by the device does not contain any UV components and
in principle presents no potential hazards. However, the large number of
powerful LED lights may produce a glaring effect.
The use of accessories, transducers and cables other than those specified
or provided by the device manufacturer may increase the electromagnetic
emissions or decrease the resistance of the device, causing it to function
inappropriately.
