Instructions for the installer
GENERAL WARNINGS
The place where the oven is installed must have the following environmental characteristics:

It must be dry, the temperature and relative humidity of the room in which it is to be installed must not exceed
the values indicated in the technical data table:

Water sources far enough away;

Lighting adapted and in compliance with the health and safety standards required by the laws in force.

Adequate ventilation with hoods or exhaust fans to ensure a healthy, smoke-free environment.
THE OVEN MUST NOT BE INSTALLED NEAR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (WOOD, PLASTIC,
COMBUSTIBLES, GAS, ETC.). AVOID CONTACT OF FLAMMABLE OBJECTS WITH HOT OVEN SURFACES.
ALWAYS ENSURE FIRE SAFE CONDITIONS. KEEP A CLEAR SPACE AROUND THE OVEN OF AT LEAST 30
CM.
HANDLING AND POSITIONING THE OVEN
Remove the conveyor belt (see page 18). Use a forklift or pallet
truck of the appropriate capacity.
Lift the capsules and insert the forks, suitably covered with a
flexible material to avoid any damage, in the cooking chamber,
through the entrance or the exit of the tunnel (Fig. 1).
Position the oven at the corners of the base (Fig. 2).
