SERIAL NUMBER LABEL
The serial number consists of a gray silk-screened adhesive label applied to the back of the oven. The following
information is indicated legibly and indelibly on the nameplate:
Manufacturer name
Electrical power (kW/A)
Model
"Made in Italy" label
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
IMPORTANCE OF THE MANUAL
Before using the oven in question, it is mandatory to read and understand this manual in its entirety.
This manual must always be available to "authorized operators" and be near the oven, well guarded and stored.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to people, animals and property caused by failure to
comply with the rules described in this manual.
This manual is an integral part of the oven and must be kept until its final disposal.
"Authorized operators" must only carry out work on the oven that falls within their specific competence.
"OVEN OFF" STATUS
Before carrying out any maintenance and/or adjustment work on the oven, it is mandatory to cut off the electricity
and gas supply by removing the plug from the socket and turning off the gas, making sure that the oven is turned
off and cooled down.
GUARANTEE
The warranty period is twelve months and begins on the date of the tax receipt issued at the time of purchase.
During this period, parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge and only at our factory, for well-established and
unequivocal reasons resulting from manufacturing defects, with the exception of electrical components and those
subject to wear.
The warranty does not include shipping and labor costs.
The warranty expires if it is established that the damage was caused by: transport, incorrect or insufficient
maintenance, the inexperience of the operators, handling, repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel, non-
compliance with the instructions of the manual.
Any claim against the manufacturer for direct or indirect damages resulting from the time during which the machine
will remain stationary due to:
failure, pending repair or otherwise, attributable to the physical presence of the device.
ANY ALTERATION AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS BY NON-ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS WILL VOID
THE WARRANTY AND RELEASE THE MANUFACTURER FROM ALL LIABILITY. EVERY INTERVENTION
MUST BE PERFORMED BY A SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN.
