circuits have enough power to keep working)
8. Do not buy spare lithium batteries for future use; always check the date of manufacture, and do
not buy old batteries even if they are discounted
9. If you have a backup battery, use one to full capacity and keep the backup in a cool place with
40% charge
9.6.7 Transporting the battery by plane
Disabled mobility aids are usually accepted by air carriers, with limitations depending on local
regulations, which are always changing. We recommend that your ALWAYS contact your carrier and
indicate the specifications of your TIBODA in terms of battery power, to prevent it being refused
at check-in. The battery power can be calculated by multiply its Ah rating by its Voltage rating.
[Wh]=[Ah]*[V] Check the ET Label. Contact Moretti Spa for further details.

9.8 Using the brake
Brake lever
9.9 Using cruise control
Fig.12
The throttle is located on the side of the RH handlebar handle.
Press the lever shown in Fig.10 to accelerate.
Pull the lever on the LH handle (Fig.11). If the
speed is higher than 8 kph when you use the
mechanical brake, the regenerative brake
will cut in to recharge the battery. Below
that speed, the brake lever only actuates
the mechanical disk brake. It is in any case
impossible to accelerate until the brake
lever has been completely released.
Fig.11
Press the throttle lever until you reach your desired speed,
then press the red button shown in Fig.12 at the same time to
enable cruise control. When you release the two controls, the
drive will hold the speed constant.
Using the brake or throttle disables cruise control.
