12.1.8 General settings
WARNING!
Read the following instructions carefully before you make any changes
• Turn the device on with the battery button. The display will turn on
• When the display is on, hold the "UP + DOWN" buttons down for 3 seconds to enter the general
settings menu
Press the "MODE" button for one second to scroll through the settings: SE1, SE2, SE3.
SE1 – wheel diameter setting
Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to modify the wheel diameter and make sure the speed is correct.
The default setting is 17.5 inches. (This includes the tyre)
SE2 – wheel diameter factor adjustment
Set the wheel diameter factor for more precise speed indication with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons.
The default setting is 1.00, with a range of 1 to 3
SE3 – display backlighting setting
The brightness of the display can be set in a range of 1-3
Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to set the brightness
• 0: none
• 1: high
• 2: moderate
• 3: low
The default setting is 0.
12.1.9 Saving the settings
After you have made the adjustments, hold down the "MODE" button to save them and quit the
menu.
