11.1 Steering tube

These components are lubricated and sealed and do not require further lubrication
11.2 Tyre pressure
•
Maintain the tyre pressure marked on the tyre itself - (recommended: 2.5 bar)
•
It is important to maintain the specified tyre pressure at all times. Do not over-inflate the tyres.
Low pressure can result in loss of control, over-inflation can cause the tyre to explode
•
Failure to maintain the specified tyre pressure can damage the tyre and wheel.
Inspect the tyres regularly for wear
•
REPLACING THE WHEEL: If the tyre is punctured, replace its inner tube and contact your
authorised reseller
11.3 Battery terminal connections
•
Make sure the connectors are tightly connected and not corroded
•
The batteries must be in their compartments
11.4 Cabling, controller, charger, electronics
•
Regularly check the electrical connections
•
Regularly check the cable insulation, including the charge cable, for wear and damage
•
Have any connectors, connections or damaged cables replaced or repaired by an authorised
service centre before you use the product
•
Protect these components from damp
•
if exposed to damp, dry them off completely before you use the product
11.5 Storing the device
If you do not intend to use the product for a long time, certain precautions are in order:
•
Completely recharge the battery before you store them
•
Disconnect the batteries from the device
•
Keep the device in a warm, dry place
•
Do not keep the TIBODA in a place exposed to extreme temperatures
•
Operating conditions (0°* ~ +40°) - *With display (2° ~ +40°) - disconnect the display if
necessary
•
Storage conditions (-10° ~ +60°)
11.6 Transport
1. Remove the battery from its bracket
2. Remove the stainless steel mounting
3. The TIBODA can be charged
WARNING!
Turn the device off before carrying it onto public and private transport. Always turn
"TIBODA" off during transport. During transport, make sure that the cables and
handlebar controls are in no danger of being crushed. This can damage the device and
render it inoperable
