6 Putting into operation
6.1 Installation

DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• De-energize the work area of the robot.
NOTE
• The Front Injector TMS-VI may only be put into operation by trained
personnel.

Select a site with a short approach distance in the work area. Depending on
the surface contact geometry of the mounting surface, the mounting bracket
allows horizontal or vertical mounting. This will position the Front Injector TMS-
VI vertically.
1 Screw the Front Injector TMS-VI to a vibration-free mounting surface (3)
with two screws (2).
NOTE
• Makes sure that the injector axis is fastened precisely vertically.
