3. Description of the appliance
Operating principle
● Thermostatic regulation of the heating
● Regulated temperature limiter as overheating and drying protection. When the temperature limiter
of the heating has switched off, allow the appliance to cool down. After sufficient cooling, the tem­
perature limiter automatically switches on the heating again.

4. Commissioning
The appliance must be professionally connected before it is switched on. The on-site electrical con­
nected loads must match the connected loads on the appliance! For setting up and connecting, see
page 25, chapter 9.
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
● Cleaning and care, refer to page 22 chapter 6.
4.1 Filling the pan
● In order to prevent damage to the base of the tank, do not place containers or pasta baskets on
this! Containers or pasta baskets must be fitted!
● To speed up the heating-up time: fill with hot water and cover the tank while it is heating.
● Observe the maximum fill level, see mark in the pan!
● Check the water level regularly while the appliance is in use and top up with water as necessary.
