Switch appliance on
. Switch on the appliance using the rotary switch and set the required temperature.
● The indicator lights light up.
● The yellow indicator light goes off when the temperature set is attained.

Insert the tank
. Add the food to the perforated container or pasts basket (side walls and floor perforated).
● Do not fill the containers too full. The food should be covered by water!
● The fill height depends on the food to be cooked, as these foam at different rates.
. Insert the containers or pasta baskets into the tank.
. Cover the unoccupied areas of the tank with a lid.
● Covering the tank reduces the energy consumption.
. Stir to completely dissolve the salt added.
4.4
Intermediate cleaning of the tank - before filling with fresh water
Replace the cooking water several times each day and clean the pan.
Emptying the tank, refer to page 23 chapter 6.2!
. After draining the tank, remove any food residue from the tank.
. Close drain tap.
. Pour in clear water.
. Clean the pan using a cleaning brush.
CAUTION! Hot water, hot surfaces, hot objects!
Risk of burning!
. Wear waterproof protective gloves!
. Exercise appropriate caution!
