CHARCOAL BARBECUE
Please read the entire user manual before using the product and keep it for future reference. We
reserve the right to make any errors in the text or illustrations and any necessary changes to tech-

WARNING
Place the grill outside on a hard surface, non-combustible surface, away from a roof overhang or
any combustible material. Never use it on wooden or other surfaces that can burn.
Place the grill away from open windows or doors to prevent flying sparks and smoke from entering
your home. In windy weather, place the grill in an outdoor area protected from the wind.
Do not use logs, as the temperature will become too high and damage the grill.

Failure to follow the safety instructions in this user manual may result in serious personal injury, death,
fire or explosion causing damage to property.
OUTDOOR USE ONLY
• Do not use in enclosed spaces! Toxic fumes can accumulate and can cause serious bodily harm
or death.
• Use the unit only in a well-ventilated area. Do not use in a garage, porch, covered patio or
under an over-Head structure of any kind.
• The unit is not intended to be installed in or on recreational vehicles and/or boats.
• Important! Keep children and pets away!
• The device must never be used by children.
• Incorrect installation may be dangerous. The appliance must be assembled correctly according
to the installation instructions.
• Always place the barbecue on a solid, flat and fireproof surface.
• Important! Do not use spirit or petrol as a fire extinguisher! Use only firelighters that comply with
EN 1860-3.
• Important! This grill gets very hot and must not be moved during operation!
• Use caution when operating the appliance.
• Never leave coals and ashes unattended.
• Open the lid during lighting and light the charcoal.
• We recommend the use of a charcoal starter. If you choose to use lighter fluid, only use lighter
fluid that is approved for lighting charcoal. charcoal.
• Do not use petrol, alcohol or other highly volatile liquids to light charcoal. lighting.
• Do not place food on the barbecue unless the fuel is covered with a layer of ash! It is recom-
mended to heat up the grill before first use and let the fuel glow for at least 30 minutes. This
allows the kindling to burn through completely. Failure to observe this information can trap
vapours inside the barbecue and cause a flame or explosion when the lid is opened.
• Never use charcoal that has been pre-treated with lighter fluid. Use only a use only high quality
charcoal or wood mixture.
• Never add lighter fluid to hot or even warm coals, as a flashback can occur that causes serious
burns.
• Do not exceed the temperature of 200 °C. Do not let charcoal and/or wood rest on the walls of
the grill. This will significantly reduce the life of the metal and the finish of your grill.
• After each use, clean the grill thoroughly and reapply a thin layer of oil to the inside to prevent
rusting. Cover the grill to protect it from excessive rusting.
• We recommend that you keep a fire extinguisher handy. Consult your local authority to
determine the correct size and type of fire extinguisher.
• Store the grill out of the reach of children and in a dry place when not in use.
• This appliance must be kept away from flammable materials during use. Flammable materials
must never be located within 1 metre of the rear or sides of the appliance.
• Keep the cooking area (3 metres around the appliance) free from ignition sources such as boiler
pilot lights, live electrical appliances, etc. and flammable vapours / liquids such as petrol,
alcohol, etc.
• Keep all electrical power cables, gas and fuel supply hoses away from heated surfaces.
