NOTE
• When the Screen saver mode is active, it is also possible
to activate the Child Lock function.
• If no keys are pressed within 5 seconds when the Child
Lock is enabled, the control panel indicators go out.
The latest settings or mode status can be viewed after
pressing a key. When the control panel indicators are on,
the Child Lock function can be cancelled, as described in
the instructions for this mode.
Child lock function
Usefulness
The Child Lock function can be enabled to prevent accidental or unintentional changes to the
appliance settings.
Enabling the Child Safety function
Simultaneously press the freezer temperature setting key and the Super
freeze key for 5 seconds.
Disabling the Child Lock function
Simultaneously press the freezer temperature adjustment button and the
Super freeze button for 5 seconds.
NOTE
The Child Lock function will also be disabled in the event
of a power cut or the freezer is unplugged.
