STEP 7: STARTING THE SYSTEM
1. Open the cold water supply valve. Check for leaks.
2. Insert the plug in the socket..
NOTE
•
The filter indicator light will flash 5 times and then stay on.
•
If the system does not switch on after plugging in, check the power supply
under the sink. In addition, check the connection between the plug and the
socket and make sure that the system has been correctly connected to the
socket, as this may occur in some cases. To check if there is a problem with
the system itself, simply pick up the system and try another outlet. Please
contact us if the system cannot be switched on. We will help you to solve it.
•
Each time the system is switched on, it will automatically purge for 25 seconds.
The reset button and the power button will flash alternately. If you open the
tap at this time, the flow of water will be slow. After flushing, the reset button
and power button will be on, and the flow output will return to normal.
3. Turn on the tap and let the water flow for 20 minutes. After internal rinsing, the
system is ready for use. The system will drain the wastewater after each use to
ensure the lifetime of the system and the quality of the filtered water. Each time
you turn on the tap, the system will need some time to dispense water. There
may be a delay of 3 seconds before the water flows out of the tap,
This is normal.
NOTE
•
Be sure to carefully check the tightness of each part of the system during
flushing. Ensure that all piping is installed correctly.
•
Ensure that there are no leaks at joints, fittings, valves or pipe connections.
•
The water is not potable during the washing process. The water may come
out black at first, this is normal.
•
Allow the equipment to rinse internally for 20 minutes. Note that when the
system operates continuously for more than 30 minutes, it will enter the
production time protection mode. The indicator light on the filter will flash
and the system will not be able to dispense water. Press the power button for
3 seconds. The filter indicator light will go out. Then press the power button
again for 3 seconds. The system will return to normal.
4. Before turning off the tap, make sure that the wash is complete and that there
are no leaks in any of the parts.
NOTE
•
If the equipment enters the standby state from water production and waits
for 10 minutes, it will enter the wash standby state from water production,
rinse for 50 seconds and it will exit the wash standby state.
•
When the system stops dispensing water for 24 hours, it will go into self-cleaning
mode. The system will automatically wash for 90 seconds and then go into
standby mode. The timer will be reset. After 24 hours, the system will not perform
an automatic wash again.
