Installation of Photovoltaic Panels
The Photovoltaic Panels must be
fixed to the Support through the
Intermediate Clamps and End
Clamps, and fixed in the slots of
the Rails.
B. Install the first panel 100mm from
the start of the Rail. The difference
between two solar panels is about
20 mm. Suggestion:
1) Place the clamps on the Rails;
2) Place the Solar Panels on the
support, carefully resting them on
the ground;
3) One person lifts the Panels (with
the panels resting on the Rail),
and another person tightens the
screws with the 6mm Allen Key.
C. After installation, make sure
the screws are tightened, the
photovoltaic panels are aligned
and that the installation position is
correct.
Installation of aligned supports
If the project foresees for the alignment of two or more photovoltaic panel supports, use the Rail Splicer to
connect the rails of the two supports (it is embedded in the rail structure and its two screws are tightened one
on each rail). This junction of two or more supports is illustrated in the image below.
