8. Technical Assistance
When you notice a defect, immediately stop the operation of the equipment and check the possible causes
according to the instructions in item 10. If you have any questions about our product or when you need our
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, please contact us or our nearest distributor.
In the event of any problems, we ask that you inform us of the status of the motor pump with as much detail
as possible so that we can solve the problem quickly.
EBARA is structured to provide you with quality and promptness in Technical Assistance services.
9. Warranty
IMPORTANT
· The manufacturer certifies the quality of its product and will provide due guarantee at its headquarters.
However, it is not responsible for removal and installation expenses, any losses, damages and loss of profits
resulting from the shutdown of the equipment, as well as its misuse.
· New equipment is guaranteed for a period of 90 days (legal warranty), plus 275 days of contractual warranty,
totaling 365 days, from the date of issue of the Invoice.
· The repaired equipment is guaranteed for a period of 90 days (legal warranty) plus 93 days of contractual
warranty, totaling 183 days, from the date of issue of the Invoice.
CONDITIONS
· The warranty is granted in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product or in the materials used in its
production.
· It is essential that the customer inform us about the conditions of installation and operation of the equipment
for warranty coverage analysis by filling out the report on the back of this page. Deliver together with the
equipment in the technical assistance.
WARRANTY EXCLUSION
· Operator malpractice;
· Misuse or accidents of any kind;
· Defects or damage caused by prolonged equipment downtime;
· Installation of the equipment outside the catalog specifications (flow range, sand content, Ph, tolerances, etc.);
· Damage caused by adverse power supply conditions, such as:
· Overvoltage or undervoltage;
· Oscillations in the power supply;
· Voltage surges;
· Atmospheric electrical discharges, among others.
TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
· By the end of the term;
· Interventions or opening of the equipment and/or use of inappropriate unauthorized accessories;
· Provision of assistance services by unqualified and unauthorized persons.
