7. TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
In addition to the use of this equipment, you can improve your physical condition by following a proper
diet.
A. WARM-UP BEFORE TRAINING
This warm-up exercise phase can improve the body's blood circulation, and muscles to achieve a good
workout, reduce the risk of cramps or muscle damage during training. Before each workout do warm-up
exercises according to the following recommendations, each exercise should be performed for about 30
seconds. If you notice that your muscles are damaged, please stop physical exertion until you are recovered.
