Shortly press the knob to start temperature setting (the temperature display flashes in
blue); rotate the knob to the right to increase the set temperature. (Max temperature set-
ting is 850 0C and there is no cycle operation); or rotate the knob to the left to reduce the
set temperature (min temperature setting is 200 0C and there is no cycle operation).
4. Time setting:
After temperature is set, press the knob to move to time setting (the time display flashes
in blue); rotate the knob to the right to increase the set time value (max time setting is
9minutes and 50 seconds and there is no cycle operation); rotate the knob to the left to re-
duce the setting time value (min time setting is 0 minutes and there is no cycle operation).
When the setting is completed press the knob for confirmation and the product begins to
pre-heat.
5. Reaching the set temperature:
In pre-heating mode the heat indication light is red. When the temperature is near the set-
ting value pay attention to prepare the food well and put it on the middle of the grill plate.
When reaching the setting value there will be 2 buzzer sounds. The temperature keeps
constant as the time enters the countdown state (time LED light is blue) and the machine
begins to grill.
6. End of grilling:
When the time countdown ends, there will be 3 buzzer sounds and END is displayed. If you
want to continue grilling, press the knob once entering into settings as above steps or press
knob 3 times to go on grilling with the last setting values.
7. Change setting:
If want to change settings during heating or grilling stage, long press the knob for 3 sec-
onds and the product will enter into the settings mode, then repeat the above setting steps.
When the product enters the "END" state, the fan continues working until the tempera-
ture of the heater drops below 60 °C, the fan stops working and the equipment enters the
standby state completely.
Sudden power failure will save the last setup mode.
Griling food
1. Preheating time
After setting the temperature and time, the device enters the heating process. It will need
about 4-5 minutes to reach the maximum temperature of 850 °C. If the temperature setting
value is less than 850 °C, the heating time will be less.
2. Cooking food

Meat should be removed from the refrigerator 1 or 2 hours before barbecue and defreeze
slowly at room temperature.

When the temperature is near the setting value pay attention to prepare the food well
and put it on the middle of an unheated grill plate. When there are two sounds of buzzer
and the setting temperature is reached.
Use the handle to insert the drip tray into one of the lowest rails of the hanger and the
grill plate with meat into one of the upper rails of the hanger. The insertion rail level de-
pends on:
