Take hold of the Hand-grip connector (H17),
sticking out of the main post 31, and plug it into

shown in Fig.3.
MONITOR.-
Take hold of the handrail monitor (F01) and bring it
up to the handlebar tube, as shown in Fig.4.
Connect the terminals (A16), sticking up out of the
top of the tube, with terminal (H16) coming down
from the bottom of the monitor (F01), Fig.4, and
insert the tube on the monitor into the boss on the
main body (A01) in the direction of the arrow,
making sure not to snag any of the cables.
Check that the cables are connected correctly by
spinning the dynamo until the monitor starts to
operate.
Once you have checked that it works, insert

achieved by screwing the adjustable support
blocks (R) up or down, as shown in Fig.6.
7.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The appliance is equipped with wheels (E06)
making it easier to move about. The two wheels at
the front of the appliance make it easy to store the
machine away, as shown in Fig.7.
8.
PULSE MEASUREMENT.-
Your pulse rate is measured by placing both hands
on pulse sensors (H02) located on the seat
handgrips or the handlebar, see Fig.8.
NOTE:
You can also use the chest band (OPTIONAL
TELEMETRIC PULSE SENSOR) to measure your
heart rate.
The reading from the telemetric pulse rate takes
preference over the pulse sensors (H02) located
on the seat handgrips or handlebar.
