6.4.1 DELIVERY WITH STEAM WAND
• Insert the steam wand (7 - Fig. 4.1) in a jug with the
beverage to be heated.
• Rotate the wand knob (13 - Fig. 4.1) anti-clockwise to
activate steam delivery.
• When the required temperature or emulsion level has
been reached, rotate the knob (13 - Fig. 4.1) clockwise
to stop steam delivery.
6.4.2 DELIVERY WITH TURBOSTEAM WAND
• Insert the turbosteam wand (8 - Fig. 4.1) in a jug with
the beverage to be heated.
• Press the turbosteam selector button (9 - Fig. 4.1) cor-
responding to the required steam delivery (see par.5.2).
NB: During delivery, the selected type of frothing
can be seen on the touchscreen.
• When the required temperature or frothing level has
been reached, steam delivery stops automatically.
• Delivery can be manually interrupted before the end by
pressing any turbosteam selector button (see par.5.2).

6.5 QUICK RINSING
The appliance has a function that allows the quick rinsing
of the dispensing group. To make a quick rinsing, proceed
as follows.
• Remove the portafilter (10 - Fig. 4.1) from the appliance
and eliminate the grounds from the previous coffee.
• Press the button. The appliance will run a brief
dispensing operation.
• You can now continue with the next preparation.

6.6 GRINDER-DOSER
The appliance can be used together with one or two mo-
torised grinder-dosers connected by Bluetooth. All the ap-
pliance dispensing buttons can be configured on the ba-
sis of the type of recipe and the reference grinder-doser.

appliance to work with the grinder-doser(s).
