The control assembly (3) is not placed in the position for
pumping the air out according to figure 16.
Untightness of the container (10).
The special gasket (13) is not placed in its socket or is
placed in improper position (opposite).
The launch pump "P" – see fig. 16 – lost its tightness [it is
rather improbable].

Improperly fastened catches (8).
Improperly installed, stretched or impure main gasket (5).
The gasket (5) groove in the cover (4) is soiled.
Untight seal (12) on the control assembly (3) due to impu-
rity or wear.
Untight seal (12) due to damage of the cylindrical surface
of the control assembly socket.
Untight plug assembly (21 ÷ 24) or UV sterilizer untightly
installed in the bottom of filter container (10).
In case of problems not discussed in the present troubleshooting guide or in sections 5-7 of the present manual address
the manufacturer's service.
It is forbidden to dispose of used electric and electrical equipment in a trash bin. Segregation and proper utilization of this
kind of waste leads to conserving the resources of natural environment and allows avoiding negative influence on health
as it can be endangered by improper waste handling.
The user is responsible for delivering the used product to a specialized collection point where it will be accepted free
of charge. You can obtain information about such a facility at the local authorities or by asking either the seller or the
manufacturer service.
Cause
9. DISASSEMBLY AND DISPOSAL
Proceed according to the description at figure 16.
Check and improve the tightness of the connections, see
guidelines in subsection 8.6.
Check the condition according the description at figure 23
and place to gasket (13) properly.
Address the manufacturer's service.
Solution
Fasten all catches properly – see the end of subsection 5.3.
Remove the gasket, clean it and all surfaces of its groove,
then install the gasket properly, optionally lubricate it with
a thin layer of Vaseline. If there is such need replace the
gasket (5).
Clean the gasket (12) and its groove – see the description
at figures 24-25 – or replace the gasket.
Send the complete cover (4) for repair to the manufacturer
or replace it.
Remove these elements – see descriptions at figures 3-6
and 26-28, clean or replace the gaskets (22) and (24), clean
their grooves, install them properly and lubricate with
Vaseline.
