3.4.2 Beater motor protection
• The ice cream is excessively frozen: If the ice cream is too cold it will become very hard and this
will increase the effort of the beater motor when mixing it, this can cause the protection of the
beater motor to trip, stopping the work of the machine suddenly.
• Wear of the beater blades: some blades in poor condition can trigger the protection of the beater
motor due to a layer of product left around the contour of the barrel that will increase the resis-
tance of the beater and thus the force applied by the beater motor.

3.4.3 Checking for leaks
1. You should clean the inside of the machine and let it dry.
2. Once the machine is dry, you just need to check if there is water or liquids dripping through the
bowl.
3. Find the source of the leaks.
4. Replace broken connections, hose or o-ring.
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to see if there are still leaks.
3.4.4 Beater seal leak
If you see product going down the transparent tube at the back of
the barrel of the machine, it is most likely that we are dealing with a
damaged beater seal, there is a leak and we need to replace it.
This problem may be related to the wear of the beater blades, so if
you have this problem check the condition of the beater blades, if
they are worn it is highly recommended to change them.
