6.1 Safety regulations
The following information always applies to resolving
problems:

Electric shock due to electrical voltage!
Contact with electrical voltage may lead to severe injuries and
death from electric shock.

6.2 Error messages on the display of the
Up/Down or Memory control panel.
If faults occur during operation of the desk, please check
whether it is being operated in accordance with the user
guide. In most cases, this will help you find and eliminate the
problem.

Attach or detach connectors only when the equip-
ment is de-energised.

Do not open the housings of the following com-
ponents:
– Control box
– Columns
– Control panel

Do not use the mains cable to pull the plug out of the
socket.
